A Holiday cottage in unspoilt countryside

Discover the "Gai Murmure" gîte, set in unspoilt natural surroundings near the Maumont stream, where you can fish for crayfish and swim. A pretty little waterfall just a few steps away adds to the charm of the setting. This semi-detached house, carefully converted from an old barn, is not far from the owner's residence. It's an ideal haven for families and friends, combining modern comforts with the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.

On the first floor, a bright living space welcomes you, thanks to a large bay window that opens onto a terrace overlooking a vast meadow. This space is carefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi. The modern, fully-equipped kitchenette has all the necessary appliances. There's also a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a shower room with separate toilet.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds.
On the landing, a bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. Each of the three bedrooms has a spacious wall cupboard. 2 bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area.
