Set of 5 adjoining Holiday cottages with separate entrances, housed in a renovated farmhouse on the edge of a Lake with shared, unenclosed grounds (approx. 7,000 m2). Terraces with wooden tables and benches.
At 50m, access to the Beach and to the sport leisure park with a city-stadium and a playground for Kids.
Fishing at Lake des Chaux runs from April to the end of October, with an annual competition in August.
Pets allowed under owner's responsibility and with respect for the Holiday cottage and other residents.
Unenclosed grounds.
Optional cleaning 75€/stay and per gîte, i.e. 375€ for all Holiday cottages "if you do not take the cleaning package, a deposit of 375€ will be required on arrival."
Clause for return of this deposit cheque:
The cleaning deposit cheque will be kept and destroyed once the Holiday cottages have been checked.

Séjour entre amis
5/5Ensemble Lemoine (5 gites) loué entre amis. Séjour très agréable. Nous ne regrettons pas cette réservation globale ! Cela nous a permis de combiner indépendance avec l'accès aux 5 gites et partage avec l'espace commun abrité.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité du plan d'eau (baignade et pêche pour petits et grands, prêt de jeux d'eaux), l'espace autour de la bâtisse (pétanque, détente). Les gites sont très bien équipés et adaptés pour les groupes, tout était parfait !
