Lakeside gîte in the heart of the Millavaches plateau and close to the Auvergne volcanoes

Set of 8 gîtes:
*5 semi-detached gîtes: apartments with separate entrances, set in a renovated farmhouse on the edge of a lake with shared, unenclosed grounds (approx. 7,000 m2).
*3 Gites: detached houses located in the heart of the campsite and the Chaux lake, on an unenclosed plot with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
Terraces with wooden tables and benches. Access to the beach 50m away, with 2 small play areas and a city-stadium.
Pets welcome under owner's responsibility and with respect for the gîte and other residents.
Optional cleaning 75€/stay and per gîte, i.e. 600€ for all gîtes " if you don't take the cleaning package, a 600€ deposit will be required on arrival."
Clause for return of this deposit cheque:
The cleaning deposit cheque will be kept and destroyed once the gîtes have been checked.

800m from town and 700m above sea level.
Fishing at Lake des Chaux runs from April to the end of October, with an annual competition in August.
