Accessible by just one small step, this 48 m² "VACANCES" cottage has two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and a walk-in shower with shared toilet, and the other with two 80 cm beds, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The bright living area includes an open kitchen equipped with snack bar, three cupboards, sink, 4-burner gas hob with hood, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. This space extends into a dining area and a living room with 2-seater sofa bed, coffee table and TV. Outside, enjoy a semi-covered wooden terrace, garden furniture and a hammock under the trees.
