Charming, fully renovated and equipped house. Situated on 25 hectares of land, the Holiday cottage benefits from a golf course: Le Golf de Savignoux (9 holes) which you can try out free of charge.
There's also a large private swimming pool, a trampoline for Kids and a pétanque court.
In addition to the Golf course, the Holiday cottage has a large garden area with 1 vaulted cellar and a large billiard table, as well as a ping pong table and board games, ideal for young and old alike.
A barbecue is also available.

The Holiday cottage comprises: 8 bedrooms on 3 levels; 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with TV, shower and toilet.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with TV and shared bathroom (bath + shower) and separate toilet; on the garden level, 3 bedrooms with their own shower and toilet.
Sleeps a total of 15 people.
Spacious reception room with fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area.
