Discover this 17th-century stone house, an atypical property located near the Alpaca farm.
The enclosed garden, just 10 meters from the house, features garden furniture, a sandpit, a slide and a swing for Kids' enjoyment.

On the first floor, a spacious 70 m² living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed await you.
A few steps lead up to a shower room with shared WC, followed by a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, both between levels.

On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms: two with a 140 cm double bed and a third with two Bunk beds.
One of the bedrooms is particularly spacious and has its own shower room and toilet.
