This restored detached house is located on the heights of the village of Chouzenoux. It has its own private, unenclosed garden, with a view over the Brive valley. You'll be right on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, an ideal location for visiting Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, Saint-Robert, Ségur le Château, the Haras de Pompadour, the Pans de Travassac, the Lascaux caves, Sarlat, Hautefort, Padirac, Rocamadour...
2 km from Objat, where you'll find all the shops you need, a Lake and its famous Sunday morning Market. Don't miss the Objat eco-pool and aquatic center (heated outdoor pool all year round). In the surrounding area, you can also enjoy a wide range of activities: Hiking (from the Holiday cottage), horse-riding, canoeing... The nearest local farmers' market is in Voutezac-le Saillant, every Tuesday in July and August.

Everything is on the same level: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, fridge and freezer), living room, shower room, separate toilet. The gîte has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed).
The Holiday cottage has two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and one with a double bed (140cm). Central heating by aerothermie.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Household linen, towels and sheets are not included in the price and are not optional.
