Located in the heart of the village of Ayen, this holiday cottage for two people offers a convenient and pleasant base for exploring the Corrèze region. It enjoys a central location with local shops, a restaurant, and a tourist office all within walking distance, as well as free parking in front of the house or in a Public parking lot located about 30 meters away.

The accommodation stands out for its unique interior ambiance, designed by the owner, Julie, who is passionate about the 1970s. The entire decor has been designed with a bold retro theme, from the furniture to everyday objects, offering a true immersion in that era for lovers of vintage design and unique atmospheres.

Ideally located, the holiday cottage makes it easy to explore the iconic sites of Corrèze and neighboring Périgord. Visitors can explore charming villages such as Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, and Saint-Robert, as well as lively towns like Brive-la-Gaillarde. With its rich heritage, local markets, hiking trails, and rolling landscapes, the region offers a wide variety of outdoor activities and cultural experiences.

The entrance to the holiday cottage opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, highlighted by a yellow color scheme that immediately sets the tone for a 1970s-inspired atmosphere.

To the right, the living room and dining room form a cozy living space, decorated in a bold retro style. The furniture, the sofa, the record player with vinyl records, and the rotary-dial telephone create a unique atmosphere, complemented by a flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove adds an extra touch of comfort and warmth.

The holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning on both the ground floor and the upper level, ensuring optimal comfort year-round.

Upstairs, a 14-square-meter landing converted into a living room offers a relaxing space with a sofa bed providing an extra sleeping spot. The separate bedroom features a 140-cm double bed and opens onto a small balcony overlooking the street.

The bathroom, also located upstairs, includes a shower and a toilet. It combines retro-style elements with modern amenities to ensure comfort and convenience in daily life.
