This typical local house stands on a large plot of wooded land, offering space and tranquility. You'll be able to make the most of fine weather thanks to a vast covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade on hot days.
The Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, in a calm and relaxing environment, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. Plenty of opportunities for walks in the surrounding area, and close to the natural and cultural treasures of the Corrèze. Halfway between Argentat sur Dordogne and its remarkable historic heritage along the river (buildings, arts and crafts, canoeing etc.) and Marcillac la Croisille (swimming lake with multi-activities, slabbing, restaurants etc.).

The holiday cottage features, on the ground floor, a large, bright living area with:
A fully equipped kitchen (please note: no dishwasher)
A dining area with a large farmhouse table and benches
A wood-burning stove and a pellet stove to create a cozy atmosphere
A comfortable sitting area with a sofa (convertible for 2 people plus 1 kid) and a television
