Tastefully renovated, warm and comfortable Holiday cottage.
Situated in a privileged environment, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Lake from the terrace.
Not overlooked, the surrounding nature will seduce you with its calm and silence.
The house comprises:
First floor: A comfortable lounge, a living room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, an independent WC and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 1 double 90x190 Bunk beds.
A second spacious double bedroom with TV and 140x190 bed, bathroom with bath and WC communicates with the bedroom and living room.
Access to the first floor via a comfortable staircase and ramp.
Upstairs, a 3rd bedroom with a 140x190 bed and independent WC with washbasin.
A storage room is available for bikes or other equipment.

Steph4474 Gîte authentique parfait pour un séjour au vert
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gites de chez Annie. Nous avons apprécié le matériel de puériculture mis à disposition, les beaux volumes du logement et le jardin très bien agrémenté. La proximité du plan d'eau est un atout indéniable. Possibilité de courir et marcher autour du plan d'eau sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Si vous recherchez un gîte au calme au coeur de la Corrèze rurale et authentique, c'est un très bon choix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour l'accueil.

KVALTRO EXCELLENT
Super accueil, tout est parfait, La maison a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour vivre un beau dépaysement, en plus possibilité d'une chambre indépendante avec la salle de bain privative trop belle. Un bon feu de bois pour réchauffer le petit salon cosy. Que du bonheur ! On recommande fortement ce grand gite et on y retournera.
