As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the large private parking lot located on the property, guaranteeing practicality and tranquility. Outside, a pleasant terrace invites you to share meals al fresco or relax in the sun. An above-ground swimming pool in front of the living room completes the leisure facilities and promises great moments of relaxation during the summer months. One of the Holiday cottage's main assets is its privileged location just a 500-meter walk from Lake de Miel. This family-friendly site offers a beach, water sports, playgrounds, Hiking trails and an accrobranche (tree climbing) course nearby. Beynat is also an excellent starting point for exploring the riches of the Corrèze region. You can discover villages of character such as Collonges-la-Rouge, famous for its red stone houses, or Turenne, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages. Heritage enthusiasts can visit the historic City of Brive-la-Gaillarde, while nature lovers will enjoy the scenery of the Dordogne valley and the many surrounding hiking trails. After a short walk, you'll reach Casa Maya, a single-storey house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Functional and bright, it is organized into two distinct areas: a day area and a night area. The entrance opens onto a pleasant living room, comprising a lounge, a living room and a kitchen. The living room features sofas, a coffee table and a TV. The dining area includes a table and chairs for all occupants. Thanks to its two large French windows, the room enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day. One of the French windows gives direct access to the outside terrace, equipped with garden furniture and an above-ground swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the warm weather. The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals independently.

The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: - one with a 140 cm double bed, - a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - a third bedroom with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has a wall cupboard for storage, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the layout. For added comfort, the toilets are independent.
