Single-storey Holiday cottage 300 m from the village. Semi-detached house with year-round rental.
Located in Corrèze at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Lot rivers, you'll be ideally situated (10 to 40 minutes approx.) to visit all the tourist attractions of Périgord (the City of Sarlat and the Dordogne valley and its picturesque villages, Domme, La Roque Gageac.the Vézère valley, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Le Bugue...), the Lot (Padirac chasm, Rocamadour, Souillac...) and Corrèze (Brive la Gaillarde and its famous Market, Collonges la Rouge, Turenne...).
Just a few minutes away, you can also take advantage of Lake du Causse, where you can sunbathe, swim and enjoy a range of water sports: inflatable games, sailing, water skiing, rowing, canoeing, paddling and pedalos.

The Holiday cottage consists of a large living room with kitchenette (small step), dining room and lounge with direct access to the terrace and garden . There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together, a bathroom and a separate WC. Umbrella bed and high chair for baby on request.

    Très bon séjour

    Gite à la hauteur du descriptif, calme, propre, frais (en cette periode de canicule), avec tout le confort, à proximité de beaux sites à visiter et en plus l'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux et sympathique.
    A reserver sans hésitation.

    Vacances en Corrèze en famille

    L'accueil de la propriétaire est vraiment sympathique. De plus, elle est là si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.
    Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, propre et se trouve dans un hameau très paisible.
    Le gîte est très bien situé géographiquement entre le Périgord noir (Sara, Lascaux) et le LOT (Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour) et il se situe à moins de 10 min en voiture du Lac de Causse.
    Le gros plus du gîte : l'accueil de nos deux animaux : chien + chat sans frais supplémentaires.
    Le petit point à améliorer serait un changement de literie car on sent qu'elle a un peu vécu.
    En conclusion, nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une magnifique région.
    Au plaisir de revenir un jour.

    Anne la Rouge

    Très agréable séjour malgré la canicule , nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison ancienne aux larges murs pour y trouver un peu de fraicheur lors de cette période .
    Très bon accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires , qui sont à l'écoute de locataires .

    Personnellement j'ai apprécié d'y trouver des produits d'entretien et du matériel de nettoyage , ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ..
    nous recommanderons ce gite à nos amis et famille .
