Beautiful house with dominant view of the causse plateau, between Corrèze and Lot. Surrounded by vineyards, this tastefully restored, modern house is sure to delight even the most discerning. The peaceful setting will enchant you, whether in the pool or on the terrace. You can enjoy 51 km of hiking trails directly from Belleviste, called "vignes et verger" and divided into 7 circuits.

The 120 m² house is built on 1 floor.
On the ground floor, a modern kitchen opening onto a dining room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and direct access to 2 terraces of 30m². There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet, a sitting area (with bookcase and TV), access to 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200, 2 of which can be twinned.
Upstairs, a sitting area with TV leads to 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be twinned.
Shower room with Italian shower. 1 separate toilet. Air-conditioning on first floor.

    Beau gite, impeccable et bien équipé

    Un gîte qui parait avoir été rénové l’an dernier, alors que ça fait déja 5 ou 6 ans, chapeau ! Parfaitement équipé pour les familles (il y a même une table à langer et une baignoire bébé), on y dort bien, on y fait bien la cuisine aussi, il y a la fibre comme partout dans le coin.
    Et on est accueillis avec quelques spécialités du coin.

    Très beau gite dans un cadre buccolique

    Le gite est particulièrement bien équipé.Tout est pensé et prévu pour vous vous faciliter le séjour .
    Le gite est plus spacieux qu'il n'y parait sur les photos .Il est parfait pour loger une grande famille .
    La piscine est très agréable et la vue magnifique. Il y a plusieurs bain de soleil qui permettent de se détendre à l'ombre des arbres .
    La terrasse est spacieuse et Mr et Mme Soursac avaient prévu des barrières pour la sécuriser du fait que nous avions avec nous un enfant de 18 mois . Nous avons été très touché par cette attention .
    Nous avons été accueilli avec gentillesse et discrétion .Merci pour les petites douceurs prévues à notre arrivée.
    La région est magnifique et regorge de joli village .
    Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce très beau gite que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

    Super séjour !

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et entre amis au gîte. Tout y est : l accueil, la disponibilité des hôtes, la superbe vue, les différentes terrasses, le confort des lits et l'espace. Un vrai plus : tout est sécurisé pour les enfants. On recommande chaudement !

    Superbe gîte

    Merci à Geneviève et Joël pour leur accueil. Je recommande fortement la location de ce lieu superbe.
    Nous avions rarement vu un gîte aussi bien équipé.
    On se sent très rapidement comme à la maison.

    Séjour à Belleviste

    Séjour très agréable malgré un temps très pluvieux, très bien équipé notamment avec des enfants, environnement magnifique et proche de beaucoup de lieux touristiques.
