This holiday cottage, located on a 3.5-hectare estate near the owner’s home, accommodates up to 2 guests in a peaceful, lush setting. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. An unoccupied barn is also located near the holiday cottage, with no direct view into the outdoor living areas.

The holiday cottage is primarily on one level, with all areas on the same floor, except for a small step inside separating the living room from the kitchen.

On the ground floor, it features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom with a toilet. The living area consists of a bright living room with a sitting area and an open kitchen. A separate toilet is also located in the laundry room, near the kitchen.

The kitchen opens directly onto an outdoor terrace, oriented to ensure the privacy of the occupants. In front of the terrace, a fully fenced private lot of 500 m² completes the outdoor space.
