This pretty, traditional, detached house is ideal for a vacation in a setting of nature and flowers.
Situated at the edge of a charming village, it overlooks the Lys, a small tributary of the Dordogne, the Puy de Bort volcano and, on a clear day, a partial view of the Cantal mountains.
As soon as you step through the door, you'll discover the large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room opening onto the lovely flower-filled terrace. On the same level is a laundry room with washing machine and toilet.
Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove on winter evenings, and the large 1,280 m² flower-filled garden with frog pond.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (160x200cm), while the second has a double bed (140x190cm).
The last bedroom, perfect for Kids, has two 90x190cm beds.
Crayfish fishing 80 m away and herd of cows.
You can park your car in the garage.

Gillou Un superbe endroit
Un séjour très agréable dans un gîte tout confort et dans lequel il ne manquait rien . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. Un endroit en pleine campagne idéal pour le calme le repos et les randonnées. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.

Ewal Un agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte idéal avec 2 jeunes enfants. Le gîte comporte tout le confort nécessaire, le jardin est magnifique et il y a tout ce qu il faut pour les jeunes enfants ce qui est un grand plus.
Les propriétaires sont adorable .

J-C Parfait séjour avec nos petits petits-enfants
En vacances avec nos petits enfants (7 et 3 ans).Gite très bien situé (idéal si on aime nature et rando)avec une vue merveilleuse sur la campagne et les monts environnants. Gite spacieux et très bien aménagé. Propriétaires charmants, pour ne pas dire adorables.
