This charming character house, entirely renovated in the traditional style with stone walls, slate roof, exposed beams, "Cantou" and "Bassière", offers a breathtaking view of the village below.
Nearby: Trout rivers, numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, Remarkable sites (les tours de Merle, les cascades de Gimel...), or "Plus Beaux Villages de France" (Argentat, Beaulieu...).
Detached Holiday cottage on 1400 m² of land, 3 km from the village. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room (TV, wood-burning stove), shower room with washing machine, separate WC and bedroom with double bed (140cm). On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, one with two 90cm beds and one with a 90cm bed, plus a WC with washbasin.
A wooden baby bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms. Oil-fired central heating (according to consumption).
Outside, you'll enjoy a wooded park with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs.

Hélène Un lieu idéal
Beau gîte, bien équipé, très bien situé, au calme, parfait pour un séjour ressourçant. La Xaintrie est une région à découvrir, avec de nombreuses ballades à faire. Très bon accueil des propriétaires : un grand merci !

Natlilit Gite très agréable au calme
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Le gîte est au calme en pleine campagne, au calme mais à 15mn d Argentat. A recommander à ceux qui veulent se déconnecter.

Amelie Un séjour dans un écrin de verdure
Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis, en personne et avec un verre de l’amitié Ils sont tous les deux très prévenants.
La maison occupe une situation magique pour qui aime la nature. Le paysage est superbe. Le gibier et les oiseaux y sont maîtres.
La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire !

Une vue magnifique pour ce gîte à flanc de colline. Calme assuré. Nous avons eu la chance de voir deux fois des biches au bout du chemin.
