Close to the Lot and Dordogne rivers, you can visit the Padirac chasm and Rocamadour.

Come and explore this detached, air-conditioned, fully fenced house, located a few kilometers from Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, close to access to the village via a departmental road.

Access to the interior is via a staircase of some 15 steps leading to a large balcony.
On the same level: living/dining room/kitchen, bedroom with 140x190 bed.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm) and a shower room with WC.

The 9x4 swimming pool, with its gently sloping Roman staircase to a depth of 1m80, is chlorine-fired, unheated and alarmed.

There's also an enclosed garage for safe storage of your car or bike for the duration of your vacation.

Electric heating also provides air-conditioning to soothe the summer heat.
