In Neuvic, for example, you can enjoy the Triouzoune Lake, which has been awarded the "European Blue Flag" and "Handiplage" labels, as well as a wide range of water sports, supervised swimming and golf.
Also worth a visit The Rochers Noirs viaduct, the Château de Val and the Bort-les-Orgues dam and organs. In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Le Mont-Dore and Chastreix (approx. 50min).

The house is laid out on two levels, offering comfortable living spaces for families and friends. On the first floor, you'll find an integrated kitchen opening onto a living room with a large dining table, ideal for convivial meals. A living room with TV and fireplace completes the space. A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a separate toilet are also located on this level.

Upstairs, a small living room with TV offers additional space for relaxation. You'll find two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, comfortably accommodating several people. A shower room and separate toilet complete the first floor.
