The kitchen opens onto a cosy mezzanine with a 180 cm double bed for peaceful nights. From the mezzanine, a large, elevated terrace is ideal for sunbathing or dining al fresco. In summer, a small approval pool, similar to a mini swimming pool, is the perfect place to cool off, soak your feet or relax.

This charming setting is ideal for a getaway for two, combining nature, authenticity and relaxation, just a few minutes from the banks of the Dordogne, renowned for its fishing. Enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of this river, rich in fine catches, offering a magnificent setting in which to take full advantage of the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding area.

The property is surrounded by vegetation, offering a natural and relaxing atmosphere, in a wooded environment without vis-à-vis. Access is via a sloping path, with parking close to the Holiday cottage.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, wood-burning stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs: a mezzanine with king-size bed, sofa, desk, chair and TV, with direct access to the terrace with garden table and chairs. Please note: there is a main road close to the Holiday cottage.
