A traditional stone house, topped with a lauze roof, is distinguished by its carefully preserved souillarde and staircase, part of which is made of wood and the other of stone. The Xaintrie region nestles between the Bas Limousin, Auvergne and Quercy, on a plateau marked by deep gorges carved out by the course of three rivers: the Maronne, the Cère and the Dordogne. The area offers a high quality of rural life, as well as an exceptionally rich traditional and architectural heritage.

Ideally located in the Xaintrie region (near Argentat sur Dordogne), adjoining the owner's residence.
Down three steps, you'll find a living room featuring a stone souillarde, preserved to retain its old-world charm. This space also includes a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning stove. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room and WC. The mezzanine offers two additional beds.
Air-conditioning is available in the bedroom at an extra cost, so please ask the owner for details. A first flambé in the wood-burning stove is offered free of charge.
