Tastefully renovated Correze house dating from 1836 in a peaceful hamlet

This charming stone house, typical of the Corrèze region and dating from 1836, has been carefully renovated and tastefully decorated. Situated in the heart of the Countryside, in a small hamlet in the Corrèze, it enjoys a peaceful setting close to the Forest. It is not far from the magnificent Dordogne and Doustre valleys, offering a setting conducive to serenity. Not to be missed: the pretty village of Argentat sur Dordogne, the Château de Sédières, the imposing Tours de Merle, the Gimel waterfalls... and, of course, numerous mountain bike and Hiking trails to discover the beautiful countryside of Correze.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a spacious 60 m² living room. This includes a living room with wood-burning stove, TV and WIFI connection. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a ground-floor bedroom with a 160 cm bed. There's also a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the second floor, accessed by an original wooden staircase, you'll find a vast landing that naturally creates two relaxation areas. This landing also serves as a distribution point to two other bedrooms. The first is equipped with a 140 cm bed, while the second has two 90 cm beds. A separate toilet is also located on this floor for added convenience.
The Holiday cottage also benefits from a fully fenced garden area accessible from the courtyard, and half a stere of wood is provided free of charge.
