This charming stone house, typical of the Corrèze region and dating from 1836, has been carefully renovated and tastefully decorated. Situated in the heart of the Countryside, in a small hamlet in the Corrèze, it enjoys a peaceful setting close to the Forest. It is not far from the magnificent Dordogne and Doustre valleys, offering a setting conducive to serenity. Not to be missed: the pretty village of Argentat sur Dordogne, the Château de Sédières, the imposing Tours de Merle, the Gimel waterfalls... and, of course, numerous mountain bike and Hiking trails to discover the beautiful countryside of Correze.
Piscine municipale 5 minutes away (open from 01.06 to 01.09)
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a spacious 60 m² living room. This includes a living room with wood-burning stove, TV and WIFI connection. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a ground-floor bedroom with a 160 cm bed. There's also a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the second floor, accessed by an original wooden staircase, you'll find a vast landing that naturally creates two relaxation areas. This landing also serves as a distribution point to two other bedrooms. The first is equipped with a 140 cm bed, while the second has two 90 cm beds. A separate toilet is also located on this floor for added convenience.
The Holiday cottage also benefits from a fully fenced garden area accessible from the courtyard, and half a stere of wood is provided free of charge.
Electricity 8KW/day (extra to be paid on site at the end of your stay).

Chipie Super maison
Un véritable coup de coeur pour ce gîte.
Il est très agréable, bien arrangé avec beaucoup de charme et au calme.
A peine avons-nous franchi la porte que nous avions la sensation d'être comme à la maison. Un séjour qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer en faisant quelques excursions dans les environs.Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil.

Nos amis ont passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique gîte, merci beaucoup à Marie-Pierre et Dominic de les avoir si bien accueillis.
La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, avec tout ce dont ils avaient besoin pour leurs vacances.
Elle est située dans un hameau tranquille de la campagne corrézienne avec un grand jardin parfait pour les enfants.
