From this enclosed 2000m2 plot, at an altitude of 500 meters, situated in a small village suspended on the Dordogne hillsides with a breathtaking view over the Lot valley and its causses, you can relax in absolute peace and quiet.
Situated on the south-facing slope of the hamlet, our restored sheepfold is bathed in the midday sun, allowing you to enjoy the delights of the south-western départements to the full.
The renovation, together with the interior and exterior architecture, has turned this charming Holiday cottage into a comfortable, single-storey home.
The use of noble, environmentally-friendly materials makes this a low-energy residence.
To relax with family or friends, enjoy our private, secure swimming pool (alarm + barrier) and volleyball, badminton and basketball courts in a 200 m2 covered building.
Nearby tourist attractions include the Gouffre de Padirac and the Cirque d'Autoire (just across the road from our Holiday cottage), Collonges la Rouge and Turenne, Martel (with its tourist train overhanging the Dordogne), Rocamadour...
This vacation home is also ideally situated for Hiking, canoeing down the Dordogne, fly-fishing or visiting local markets where you can meet local producers.
Ground floor: Kitchen/dining/living room with wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190, 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 160x200), shower room and WC.
Covered Piscine 9 m50 x 4m50, 1m20 to 1m70 deep. Open from May to October. Fiber installed in Holiday cottage.
Price does not include: towels/household cleaning 90€.

Blandine Fantastique !
Très joli gîte confortable et bienn équipé en pleine nature, nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille. Entre la piscine et le terrain multisports, les enfants ont adoré. Et la région est vraiment tres belle! Nous espérons revenir un jour.

Simon Valentin-the star of the show
Truly in the middle of nowhere. If you want solitude, this is it. Exceptional customer service by the agent Valentin, when the washing machine broke on the first day it was replaced by a brand new one. No quibbles no arguments just replaced with a smile. When my partner lost an earring in the grass, Valentin borrowed a metal detector from a friend and found it. She was utterly delighted- it had real sentimental value. The gite itself is exactly as shown in the photos. OK it’s not cheap but for the views, the comfort and the stellar customer service it was worth every single euro. I cannot recommend this place enough, and Valentin deserves a pay rise, a large pay rise.

Gîte très bien achalandé (dommage que les portes à galandages soient lourdes et très bruyantes. !)
Séjour agréable avec une superbe vue et moments très agréables avec la piscine.

Michel Très chouette maison pour se reposer
La maison est très confortable avec une séparation espace de vie et chambres. L’environnement immédiat est très calme avec une vue dégagée. Malgré le temps pluvieux on a pu profiter des jeux dans la grange (badminton, tennis de table, basket, etc.).
Nous étions en familles. Arrivée facile et accueil cordial.
