A charming old stone house, renovated in 2012 and equipped with air conditioning, located near another holiday cottage owned by the same owner (listing 19G5008). It is located on the border between the Lot and Corrèze departments, in an elevated position, 2 km from the Dordogne River.
The entrance is clearly defined and leads to the kitchen, which opens onto the living room with a sitting area and a fireplace. A half-bath completes this level.
It features 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with a 140-bed and 1 with a 120-bed), a half-bath, and a full bathroom.
Electric heating. The house is fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during the summer months.
A petanque court (with lighting) is shared by both holiday cottages.
