Old stone house with character, renovated in 2011, with air conditioning, close to another Holiday cottage belonging to the same owner (reference 19G5009). It is located on the border of the Lot and Corrèze departments, in a dominant position, 2 km from the Dordogne river.
The kitchen opens onto the living room with sitting area and fireplace. A bedroom (bed 160 x 200), shower room and separate toilet complete this level.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a 140cm bed and one with two 90x190cm beds) and a separate toilet.
Oil heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort.
Petanque court (with lights) shared by both Holiday cottages.
