The fully-equipped kitchen, also featuring a wood-burning stove, has a table and chairs, as well as appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, hood, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm bed, the second with a 90 cm bed, and the third, more spacious, with a 90 cm bed, armchairs and a TV, offering the ideal space to relax.
