Spacious, it is set in enclosed grounds planted with trees, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. Take advantage of the 11.5 x 4.5 m covered swimming pool, with a gentle slope from 0.7 to 1.75 m, secured and locked at night, accessible during the high and very high seasons (salt-treated water). Explore the park's trails, Hiking in the forests, visiting typical Corrèze villages such as Turenne or Collonges-la-Rouge, and discover the local heritage with the Ventadour castle. Fishing, canoeing, mountain biking and horse-riding are all close by for active days out, while markets and regional specialities will delight gourmets.

The house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the first floor with a double bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub and shower, with a separate WC inside. The Holiday cottage has 600 m² of enclosed grounds, with a private swimming pool, barbecue area and outdoor table to make the most of the sunny days. The Holiday cottage does not offer Wi-Fi, but the mobile network is available on site.
