Its proximity to major communication routes (A20, A89 interchange) is a real asset.
This completely renovated semi-detached gite comprises: on the ground floor, a laundry room and a separate toilet with access to a private terrace. Upstairs, a lovely living room with a well-equipped lounge/kitchen, a sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms with a 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds, a shower room with toilet. No smoking. Entrance shared with owners.
