Ideally located in Brive-la-Gaillarde, this Holiday cottage is just 10 minutes from Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, and close to many tourist attractions. In less than an hour's drive, you can discover such gems as Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, in the Dordogne valley in Corrèze, as well as Rocamadour, Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux in the Dordogne, not forgetting the Gouffre de Padirac in the Lot.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be charmed by a beautiful wooden terrace leading to a completely renovated Holiday cottage. On the first floor, a spacious living room awaits you, featuring a wood-burning stove in a stone fireplace, a large dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa bed and coffee table. The high-quality fitted kitchen has a large bay window offering a pleasant view of the terrace.

There's also a bedroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 90 cm bed. For your comfort, a shower room with walk-in shower and a shared toilet are at your disposal, as well as reversible air conditioning in each room.

We're also waiting for the grass to grow after the work, and next to the Holiday cottage is an unoccupied barn belonging to the owner.
