Nestled on a hillside in a peaceful neighborhood, just a stone's throw from the renowned Château de Turenne, this detached Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy a vast, private, 3-hectare, fully fenced estate. It's a haven of peace for young and old, where even a game of hide-and-seek can turn into an unforgettable adventure!

This warm and functional house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The living room, with its French windows, opens onto a spacious terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the serenity of the surroundings. The terrace surrounds the living space, creating harmony between the interior and the surrounding nature.

Nearby attractions include Turenne, one of France's most beautiful villages, with its charming cobbled streets, historic houses and castle overlooking the valley, as well as the picturesque villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Curemonte.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via an entrance hatch, followed by a few steps leading up to the interior of the house, located next to an unoccupied barn.

On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, as well as a shower room and separate toilet. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto a living/dining room with a bar. The living area features armchairs, a dining table and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimum comfort throughout the house.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, completing the accommodation. A second shower room and separate toilet are also available for optimum comfort.
