In this Maison de Caractère, CHANTAL and ALAIN welcome you to their 2-person GITE on the ground floor to the left of the house, where they can provide advice and information on visiting this magnificent region.
In the Midi Corrézien region, SAINT - JULIEN - MAUMONT lies on the border between the LOT and DORDOGNE departments, close to some of France's most beautiful villages (Collonges La Rouge 5 K , Turenne, Curemonte). Less than 30 km from Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Brive La Gaillarde or Sarlat. Close to Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Autoire, Carennac and the caves (Lascaux, Lacave, Lafage).
Pleasant hiking and biking trails. Horse riding and canoeing nearby. Restaurants and Farmers' Markets nearby
This Holiday cottage features a large bedroom with old stone walls, a personalized decor and all the comforts of home. It has a 2-person bed (140cm) with a memory foam mattress, 2 windows with mosquito nets, a large flat-screen TV, a desk and a sitting area with 2 armchairs.
En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer. Separate toilet.
A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker...) with direct access from the bedroom. In the same space, a sofa, flat-screen TV and radio. A large outdoor table is reserved for the Holiday cottage. Barbecue, plancha, garden furniture under a pergola and deckchairs are available in this large, shaded, fenced area. Covered parking lot on the property.

Très bon séjour, gîte très agréable,bien décoré rien ne manque. Malgré une semaine très chaude, la maison reste fraîche.Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute,serviables et discrets.

Un beau gîte bien équipé, propre et bien placé en limite du LOT et de la DORDOGNE.
Avec un grand et joli jardin bien aménagé.
Un très bon accueil des propriétaires avec, en cadeau de bienvenue, un très bon gâteau aux noix et en prime, la recette du gâteau.

Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Gite confortable et reste frais en cas de forte chaleur, ce qui a été très appréciable en rentrant le soir. Très joli jardin. Gîte très bien situé pour découvrir la région, beaucoup de visites à faire tout autour. Bref, une belle découverte de dernière minute !

Gîte parfait! tout est propre, net, bien pensé, rien ne manque.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute de leurs hôtes.
Nous avons passé un excellenr séjour!
A notre arrivée, un succulent gâteau aux noix nous attendait sur la table de la cuisine.
Nous recommanderons ce gîte à nos connaissances et amis sans aucune hésitation et, qui sait, nous y retournerons peut-être....
