The gîte is in the heart of the village of Collonges La Rouge, on the square in front of the Saint-Pierre church, where the sound of the bell tower will set the rhythm of your day.
Collonges-la-Rouge is a jewel of narrow medieval streets, Castels and fortified towers, earning it the nickname "City of 25 Towers".
Nestled between walnut and chestnut trees, it's a great place to discover the region's built heritage and to go hiking.
You'll particularly enjoy strolling through the maze of scarlet streets dotted with stalls and restaurant terraces.
The village is also a stopover on the Voie de Rocamadour, a more leisurely route for walkers on their way to Compostelle.
Access to the entrance 5 steps The Holiday cottage comprises: On the same level: A pretty, simple and functional kitchen, a large living room with sofa and flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms on the first floor: One with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, and the other with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. A bathroom with shower and WC communicates with both bedrooms. Parking space close to the Holiday cottage, reserved with a pass given by the owner. Wifi GITE NON FUMEUR - ANIMALS NOT ADMITTED

MERVEILLEUSE Un cadre exceptionnel
Un cadre exceptionnel dans une région riche en activités diverses. Un séjour très enrichissant tant au point de vue humain ( grâce à l'accueil de Christine, de son mari et de leur fille Morgane ) qu'au point de vue culturel et patrimonial.

Un agréable séjour,reçus agréablement par la propriétaire qui en plus d'être très sympa est très serviable et disponible.
La maison est très agréable, un petit cocon dans ce lieu atypique et un peu magique.

Jess Un séjour privilégié
Séjour merveilleux au cœur d’une des plus belles cités de France. La région déborde de beauté et de nature sauvage.
Le logement est très chaleureux, décoré avec soin et comprend tout le nécessaire et le confort possible (literie très confortable).
Le village est très calme le matin et en fin d’après-midi. Nous avons pu profiter de Collonges pour nous seuls ou presque.
L’accueil de la propriétaire était chaleureux et elle ne manque pas de répondre rapidement à nos sollicitations.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable avec nos 2 ados et recommandons vivement ce gîte.
Attention, la maison est située devant l’église du XIIe siècle, une petite merveille, mais qui sonne les heures même la nuit. Personnellement, nous l’avons vite oublié et cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Mais autant prévenir si vous n’aimez pas le bruits de la campagne et de ses cloches.
