The medieval village of Curemonte is one of France's most beautiful villages, with three castles, three churches, three fountains...
Overlooking the Sourdoire and Maumont valleys, you can stroll through the village streets to discover the 14th-16th-century noble houses, the 18th-century market hall and the brazier towers (another name for the local sandstone), or follow the "Autour des châteaux" Hiking trail or the Curemonte walking trails.
Also worth a visit are the charming villages along the Dordogne valley: Argentat sur Dordogne, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Carennac, Martel... Not forgetting the Gouffre de Padirac on the Lot side (25 km from the Holiday cottage).
First-floor accommodation, integrated into the town hall and post office building, comprising: living/dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds), shower room and separate WC. Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue on approx. 50 m² of land.
Collective wood heating (€7/day from October to April).

Gite très bien situé ,pour visiter le environs, Collonges, Martel, Padirac etc;Acause de la canicule, nous avons eu tout l'attention de Jerome, l'adjoint qui nous a reçu;;;QUE nous remercions;;

Sylthi Un merveilleux séjour, un temps suspendu
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le gîte est très bien équipé et l'environnement est extraordinaire. Nous avons pris nos repas dans le petit jardin à l'arrière du gîte.
Le village est superbe est reste calme malgré les passages des visiteurs de ce village label
La petite boutique qui vend des produits locaux à base de pissenlit est super
La personne qui nous a accueillie, conseillère municipale, s'est montrée très disponible
La région est vraiment magnifique et le gîte idéalement situé.
