Authentic, south-facing detached house with panoramic views, set in shady grounds on the borders of the Quercy Périgord and Dordogne valleys. Situated in the heart of Collonges-Turenne, one of France's most beautiful villages and a land of rich heritage, landscapes and crafts. An unspoilt, peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation. A strategic point for discovering this region of contrasts, rich in history. You'll be able to choose between walks along the water's edge, Hiking, horseback riding and cycling (marked trails). You'll be given a personalized welcome, with the opportunity to discover local products. Carport available. Come and admire the magic and charm of many villages. Open your eyes and feast your eyes on a cuisine based on local produce that will delight discerning gourmets.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a kitchen opening onto the dining room, a shower room with double basin, washbasin and WC separated by a partition. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with two 90cm beds and the other with a 140cm double bed, opening onto a small terrace with deckchairs.
Outside, you can enjoy a 1000 m² plot of land, and a terrace in front of the Holiday cottage where you can eat, with a barbecue area.
A small room (not closed but protected) is available to store your equipment, bikes, motorcycles or car.
