Large-capacity holiday cottage available for weekends and weekdays for birthdays, weddings, cousinhoods, family reunions, sports groups...12 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 68, function room for up to 110 people, fully-equipped community kitchen suitable for a caterer (professional equipment)...The cottage is set in exceptional surroundings, at the foot of a 26-hectare lake, in wooded parkland, in a peaceful setting. Meals can be served outside (tables and chairs provided). We can also provide meals: 3 formulas for lunch and dinner. Additional options available: canoe/kayak equipment rental, wooden games, sound system, barbecue/plancha, video projector/screen, bed linen, cleaning package... You'll have an on-call person on site to deal with any operational issues. This is a simple, unpretentious Holiday cottage with a history.

It features a large living area (professional kitchen with all necessary equipment, also suitable for a caterer, large dining room for up to 110 people), shared sleeping accommodation and sanitary facilities upstairs. It also includes 2 meeting rooms. Outdoor dining possible, weather permitting.
