On the edge of the Périgord region, near Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of France's most beautiful villages, this authentic gîte has been converted from an old barn in a verdant setting on the banks of the Dronne. It is located 800 m from the Poltrot open-air base, with 2 accrobranche circuits, plant maze, picnic area, children's playground and canoe circuit.

First floor: large living room with bright kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160, shower room and wc). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms opening onto balcony (1 with 2 beds 90 + 2 bunk beds and shower room, 1 with bed 160 + baby bed), bathroom, wc, games room in loft. Adjoining annex with linen room, covered terrace + wc. 300m² enclosed garden with trees, terrace, table tennis. Available free of charge: rowing boat with or without motor, canoes, life jackets, numerous bicycles, table tennis. Fibre-optic internet access, DVD player. Bed linen provided, regular cleaning available. Heating extra charge. Charcoal barbecue. Green Up socket for electric vehicle. Baby equipment: 2 Umbrella beds, high chair and booster seat, changing mat, bathtub, potty, stair gate. 1st and 2nd category dogs not accepted. Pets are subject to a €60 cleaning fee payable to the owner. New pets (reptiles, rats, etc.) are FORBIDDEN Tourism -Disabled (motor, hearing, visual, mental).
