Situated on a vineyard and truffle-growing estate with swimming pool, this gîte adjoins another gîte and farm buildings, with no facing building. With independent access, the gîte opens onto a private, unoverlooked 200 m² garden.

First floor: living/dining room, kitchen, linen room.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds, shower room, wc.
30 m² carport. Terrace (15 m²) and private enclosed garden (200 m²), shared Piscine (11x7 m, fenced and covered), heated mid-season (open from late May to mid-September). 4,000 m² garden with portico and table tennis, shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.
TV with Chromecast, radio, fiber-optic Internet connection with WIFI (computer not supplied).
Baby equipment (to be requested on booking): Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty, etc.
Wood provided for fireplace. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Regular cleaning service available during your stay.
Tasting of pineaux and cognacs from the farm, and black truffles from December to January.
