In the heart of a peaceful setting, you'll fall under the spell of the working mill overlooking the vineyards and surrounding Countryside. This Holiday cottage offers plenty of space, with two large living rooms that are perfect for getting together with friends or family.
Ground floor: entrance, living room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 WC and 2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and private shower room
- 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, private shower room and WC
Access to lower level via staircase: very large living/dining room, 1 WC and 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom with 140cm sofa bed
- bedroom with 140cm bed, private shower room and WC
- bedroom with 90cm bed
First floor: landing with sitting area, 1 shower room with WC and 2 bedrooms:
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- bedroom with one 140cm bed
Private garden of several hectares with private terrace (30m²). Private Piscine open from June to September, secured by a security cover.
Bed linen for Holiday cottage : 90€.
Forf bathroom linen for entire Holiday cottage: 200€.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, changing mat, potty.
Green deposit of 50€ to be returned.
Possibility of visiting the mill (on request, 40€ for the group). Pets allowed.
Reception room for weddings or events on site, with extra beds (on request).

Le gîte est très grand donc idéal pour y séjourner à une dizaine de personnes.
Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir y aller avec notre chien.
Environnement calme et très bien entretenu, gite très propre et très bien équipé, très bien chauffé.
Nous aurions apprécié un salon pouvant accueillir la maisonnée surtout en hiver mais cela n’enlève rien à notre appréciation globale du séjour !- Cleanliness

Leco Séjour en Charente
Beaux et grands espaces pour se promener, les enfants ont beaucoup de place pour jouer sans gêner personne. Très beaux paysages.
Rouillac est bien situé entre Cognac et Angoulême...Maison vaste et confortable pour recevoir plusieurs familles. La visite du moulin est un incontournable.
Juste un problème d'eau courante qui va être résolu incessamment.

cadichon automne enchanté
Très bon séjour malgré le temps d'automne qui nous a accompagné. Belles promenades quand-même entre deux averses. Belle visite du village de Vaux Rouillac avec une jolie rencontre d'un viticulteur qui a eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter sa petite distillerie avec explications à l'appui. Merci à lui.
