Independent gîte for 4 people + 2 children, accessible to people with motor disabilities, on a vineyard and truffle-growing estate.

First floor: living room, kitchen, linen room, toilet, shower room, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Upstairs: 1 Kids bedroom with 2 single beds (accessible by steep staircase, ceiling height 1.20 m/1.87 m).
Carport 30 m², terrace 20 m², private enclosed garden 55 m², communal Piscine with PMR ramp (11x7 m, protective barrier and cover), heated mid-season, open from late May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with portico, table tennis, badminton net, shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.
TV with Chromecast, radio, fiber-optic Internet connection with WIFI.
Baby equipment (to be requested on booking): Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Wood provided for fireplace. Bed linen provided. Beds made on arrival.
Regular cleaning possible during your stay.
Tasting of pineaux and cognacs from the estate, as well as black truffles from December to February.
