Very comfortable gîte on a wine and truffle farm with swimming pool, in the heart of the cognac vineyard.

Ground floor: living room, kitchen, linen room, wc, shower room, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Upstairs: in the attic, 1 children's bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (accessible by steep stairs, ceiling height 1.20m/1.87m).
Carport 30 m², terrace 20 m², private enclosed garden 55 m², shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier + cover) accessible to people with reduced mobility, heated in mid-season (open end of May - mid-September). 4000 m² garden with swings, table tennis, common to the 3 gites.
DVD player, radio, telephone, secure WIFI connection (computer not provided).
Baby equipment (to be requested when booking): cot, high chair, changing mat, bath, potty.
Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, towels, kitchen provided, beds made on arrival.
Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay.
Tasting of pineaux and cognacs from the estate, as well as black truffles from December to February.

Tourism and Handicap (motor, mental, auditory). Meslier is a detached house (Tourisme et Handical label for motor, behavior and hearing disabilities), on a wine-growing farm. You will appreciate the private terrace in the private enclosed garden, and the common swimming pool (open May 31st to mid-September), to share with 2 other gites, heated during mid-season).
