Situated in a quiet hamlet, the Holiday cottage benefits from a walled outdoor area. The house is semi-detached from another dwelling and close to another Holiday cottage to the rear.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area and access to terrace, living room with TV and wood-burning stove, WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200, which can be twinned to form a double bed 180 x 200, and an open-plan shower room (115 x 90), then a second bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 or 2 single beds 90 x 200, and an open-plan shower room (120 x 90). The rooms are fitted with a sloping ceiling, including a lower section.
Fiber-optic Internet access with gateway box.
For babies: high chair, Umbrella bed, potty, WC reducer.
150 m² enclosed courtyard with greenery, barbecue, pétanque court, swing, darts, badminton. From 15/05 to 15/10: 5 m x 2.20 m swimming pool, 1 m deep, alarm-protected. Shared with the other Holiday cottage, in a garden 50 m away: basketball net, soccer.
Private outdoor parking. Reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicle extra charge (€10 per charge).
