Right in the center of town, you're within walking distance of shops, museums, the houses of Cognac, the Charente river, not to mention François Mitterrand's birthplace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, above the garage and close to the owners. Well soundproofed, you'll appreciate the calm inside.
Entrance via the garage and access to the apartment on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer in garage. Entrance hall, large bright 116m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, access to a mezzanine. Separate WC, 3 garden-facing bedrooms, all with private shower room and WC. 2 bedrooms have a 160x200 bed (or 2 twin 80x200 beds) and 1 bedroom has a 180x200 bed (or 2 twin 90x200 beds).

Le Gîte Maison Prunier que nous vous proposons pour votre séjour est intimement lié à l'histoire du Cognac. Autrefois siège de la maison de Cognac Ivaldi, notre gîte perpétue cette tradition dans un cadre authentique et chaleureux.
Jarnac, cœur historique du Cognac
Situé à Jarnac, l'une des villes les plus emblématiques de la région du Cognac, notre gîte est entouré de grandes maisons prestigieuses comme Courvoisier, Delamain et Hine, toutes accessibles à pied ou en quelques minutes.
Autour de Jarnac, vous découvrirez également de nombreux petits producteurs qui élaborent des Petite Champagne, Grande Champagne et Fin Bois d'exception, le tout dans un rayon de 10 km.
Un cadre unique au bord de la Charente
Notre gîte se trouve à 150 mètres seulement du fleuve Charente, par lequel transitaient autrefois les bateaux chargés de fûts de Cognac en direction de Rochefort. Une plongée dans l'histoire vivante de la région !
Passionné par la truffe, Christophe, épicurien, vous transmettra sa passion tant au niveau de l'exploitation que dans la cuisine.

Sauchic Séjour une semaine en famille
Séjour d'une semaine en famille avec enfants de 17 et 11 ans. L'appartement est conforme à la description, est très bien équipé, lits très confortables. Très belle rénovation dans cette ancienne fabrique de cognac, à deux pas de la Charente. Activités sportives :vélo, canoë, accrobranches pour la famille. Région du cognac avec de nombreuses visites possibles. Ville natale de F. Mitterrand (maison et cimetière)
