No need for a car, you can walk to the village from the gîte. Comfortable single-storey house with private space and plenty of garden furniture to relax in. Independent gîte, close to the owners but not overlooked on the garden side. Swimming and canoe hire nearby, as well as the Périgord region next door, and the Poltrot leisure park in Nabinaud (labyrinth/accrobranche) 3.6km away.

Inside: large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and 2-person convertible sofa (140x190) with folding screen, plus sitting area with wood-burning stove.
Separate WC, bedroom with 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower (1.50x0.95) and WC.
Outside: private, unfenced 500m² garden and 60m² terrace with plenty of garden furniture, pétanque court.
Internet access (PLC with fiber), Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Included: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, wood and heating for winter. Beds made up on arrival.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
