Gîte with private enclosed garden on the outskirts of Angoulême, 4 km from the leisure area on the banks of the Charente.

Ground floor : open plan dining/kitchen area, lounge, laundry room, wc. Upstairs : a double room and a triple room with single beds or double beds (on previous request). 2 baby cots, games for children 0-7, badminton. Kitchen linen, towels and sheets are included, beds are made up for your arrival. Private courtyard. The daily tourist visitor tax is included. This holiday house, a 19th century manor, is located just outside Angoulême, at a short driving distance of the Charente river and the leisure center (supervised swimming area, water sports center, swimming center, skating rink). You will appreciate the terrace and the private enclosed garden (bbq, swing, 2 bikes).
