Close to Cognac and the Charente river, this 2-bedroom bed and breakfast is ideally located for touring the region or cycling the greenways. You can also relax by the Piscine or in the owners' wooded garden.

The "Prairie Room" is on the garden level of the owners' house, built in the 70s. All on one level, it benefits from independent access and a private terrace with an unobstructed view of the Countryside. The single-storey "Acacia Room" was created in an independent annex overlooking the garden.

The "Prairie" room features a bed 160 x 200, a television, and a welcome tray. A private hallway leads to the bathroom with a toilet. The room does not have air conditioning.
The "Acacia Room" features a Bed 160 x 200, a TV, Wi-Fi, a sitting area, an adjustable table, a hospitality tray with a kettle, a small refrigerator, and a fan. Its private bathroom features a 0.80 x 1.40 shower and a separate toilet. The room is air-conditioned.
Breakfast is served either in the owners’ dining room upstairs or on the terrace when the weather is nice.
Outdoors: a private terrace for each room, a garden, patio furniture, a ping-pong table, and the owners’ salt-treated Piscine (3x7m), open from June 1 to September 30, equipped with a camera alarm as part of the security system. On-site parking, motorcycle garage, and 2 electric bikes (€20/day/bike or €12 for a half-day). Flow bike rental 1.6 km away.
