Downstairs (3 steps), 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (90cm), wc, shower room. A staircase leads down to the living room with open-plan bedroom (bed 140) and to the private garden (300 m²) with a 4x4-meter swimming pool (depth 1.30 m) secured by an alarm, open from June 1 to September 30, and a covered terrace.

For Kids: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Bed linen and towels provided, Beds made on arrival. Heating package in winter (electric in bedrooms, reversible heat pump in day rooms).
Air conditioning on request in summer, with extra charge depending on electricity consumption (between 5 and 7€/day). 50€ "green" deposit required.
