This 19th-century Charentais property has been completely renovated. Local stonework, old bugées, beams and exposed roof timbers recall the history of this house.
The studio has been converted into a small cottage in the courtyard of the property, where the owners live. A second Holiday cottage is located in the opposite wing of the courtyard.

First floor: private living room with kitchenette (2-burner hob, combi oven), dining area and lounge (sofa bed not included in capacity) - WC
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and open-plan bathroom. Older children should pay attention to the 1.35 m master beam.
Fiber-optic Internet access via repeater. Reversible heat pump heating with air conditioning.
Baby bed, high chair, potty, changing mat.
Outside: 20m² private gravel terrace with privacy screen, in the enclosed courtyard shared with the owners, indoor parking. Possibility of recharging electric vehicle with reinforced socket or terminal (€10 per 50 Kw). Garden furniture, shared barbecue.
To be shared with the other Holiday cottage and the owners: former barn converted into recreation room: table tennis, badminton net, basketball hoop.
