This 19th-century Charentais property has been completely renovated. The local stonework, beams and exposed roof timbers are a reminder of the house's history.
The Holiday cottage has been fitted out in an old country barn, and you'll be surprised by the large volumes and exposed beams. The entrance is in the courtyard of the property, where the owners live. A second Holiday cottage is located in the opposite wing of the courtyard. A second, independent entrance leads to the fully enclosed private garden.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, storeroom with toilet, "Améthyste" bedroom with 140x190 bed, private shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: reading area, the "Jaspe" bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 with its open shower room and private closed WC, then the "Jade" bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 with its open bathroom (shower and bath) and private closed WC.
Low beams (1.5 m or 1.80 m).
Wifi fiber. Reversible heat pump with air conditioning.

Outside: shared enclosed courtyard with parking. Electric vehicle charging (€10 per 50 Kw). Private enclosed area of 350 m², including 250 m² garden, gravel terrace with shade sail, garden furniture. Shared barbecue.
To be shared with the other Holiday cottage and the owners: former barn converted into leisure room: table tennis, badminton net, basketball hoop.
