Adjoining the owner's residence, the gîte has independent access with a private outside entrance and a beautiful unoverlooked space. Housed in a wing of a 2000s house, the single-storey rental is comfortable and bright. The hamlet is very quiet.
Access to Holiday cottage via slightly sloping garden or gravelled driveway. 1 step to entrance: kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area, shower room with WC. One bedroom with 160x200 bed. Wifi with fiber, via the owner's Box. Netflix available from October to March. Air conditioning throughout the Holiday cottage.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
Outside: private, unfenced garden of 1,000m² on a 2,500m² plot, gravelled terrace of 20m² to the front and a second terrace to the rear, garden furniture, barbecue, on-site parking. Ornamental pond with fish (unsecured access).
From the Holiday cottage: Hiking outings with the owner. X'eau aquatic center 6km away.

Cath Séjour réussi
Très beau gîte,confortable et très bien équipé. Situé au calme, proche de Cognac et de toutes les curiosités. Le propriétaire Éric est très sympathique, toujours disponible pour les renseignements et les bons conseils de visite. Merci pour l’apéritif de bienvenue et pour les invitations à une visite d’une distillerie de Cognac. Nous aurons le souvenir d’un bon séjour et de la gentillesse du propriétaire, qui nous a accueilli comme sa famille. Je recommande ce gîte à 100 %. Éric le propriétaire mérite toutes les étoiles. Nous reviendrons ça c’est certain. Venez sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout.

PatGene La perfection même
Au-delà des espérances. Propriétaire très sympa et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Tout est d'une propreté impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Logement d'un grand confort et très fonctionnel. Environnement très appréciable. On aurait du mal à trouver mieux.

Les Nymphéas surpasses all expectations, from the owner’s warm welcome and availability of having him near us for suggestions and help, always with great discretion, to the great comfort of a perfectly fitted gîte, beautiful well kept garden and surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the nearby villages and the opportunities of tasting different cognacs. We recommend this gîte for a wonderful stay in a natural surroundings.
