This gîte has been converted into a renovated old house of regional character, adjoining other dwellings, in a village in the southern Charente. Just 500 m away, the Voie Verte is an old railroad line converted into a cycle path, ideal for family walks.

First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, shower room, separate wc. Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm), bathroom, wc. Baby bed available.
28 m² terrace and 700 m² enclosed garden, both private, parking in enclosed courtyard. Various games (badminton, pétanque).
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, reducer.
WIFI internet access (box), DVD player, board games.
Heating payable on meter reading (over 8 kw/h day). Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
All shops on site, as well as the local Piscine. 2 recharging points for electric vehicles (Town Hall parking lot) 150 m away. Start of the "voie verte" 500 m away (close to the Scandiberique itinerary).
