Just outside Angoulême, 5 minutes from the Charente valley, the house has been completely modernized for the comfort of guests. The soul of the house has been preserved, with its exposed stonework, staircase, niches and other antique features.
Situated in a quiet hamlet, the property is enclosed by walls. The house is only attached to unoccupied buildings. You'll be lulled to sleep by the sound of birdsong and swallows.

First floor: fitted kitchen, living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, bedroom with 160x200 bed and direct access to outside, shower room with large shower (1.40x0.90) and separate WC. Cellar accessible by 4 steps down.
Half-landing in the staircase: bedroom with 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds 90x200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 (or 1 bed 180x200), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, separate WC and shower room with large shower (1.40x0.90).
Baby equipment: cot, bath, changing table, high chair, potty, bouncer and booster seat.
Internet with Fiber: Wifi by box. To be returned on site: €50 green deposit.
Outside: 2 private enclosed areas of 230m² and 160m², 28m² terrace, 6x4m (1.30m deep) private alarmed Piscine open from 15/05 to 15/10. Barbecue, garden furniture, portico, pétanque court, badminton net. Private outdoor parking.
